REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final Since all NEBULANCE items are made-to-order specifically for you, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligible Returns (Defects Only) We offer a full refund or a free replacement if:

• The item is misprinted.

• The item is damaged upon arrival.

• You received the wrong size/product compared to your order.

To start a return for a damaged item, you can contact us at Nebulance.Archive@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please attach photos of the defect.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, UNLESS the item is custom-made or personalized (which applies to most of our made-to-order products). Please contact us to verify eligibility.
